Do you want a great smile but don’t want to deal with metal braces? ClearCorrect removable braces may be just what the doctor orders.

Everyone wants a beautiful smile. But besides being beautiful, evenly spaced teeth can make for healthier gums. Overcrowded teeth can be difficult to floss, brush, and keep clean. This leads to plaque build up, which turns to tartar, and can ultimately result in gum disease.

For a more beautiful and easy-to-care-for smile, Dr. Erpenbach may suggest ClearCorrect invisible braces. ClearCorrect braces are a series of custom-made plastic aligners that shift teeth into ideal position. You’ll graduate to a new aligner every two weeks as treatment progresses. ClearCorrect braces feature all-acrylic structure, so there are no wires or bands to irritate your mouth. In addition to overcrowding, ClearCorrect can address a variety of dental problems, such as crossbite, oddly spaced teeth, underbite, and overbite.

Wear your ClearCorrect aligners 20 to 22 hours per day, and remove them when eating, brushing, and flossing. You’ll not have to worry about foood restrictions or special brushing and flossing techniques. You’ll also have the freedom to remove your aligners for special events, like a job interview, wedding, or family photos.

To get started, Dr. Erpenbach will examine your teeth and map out your treatment plan using special ClearCorrect software. A lab will fabricate your aligners, and you’ll return to our office to begin treatment. Plan to attend checkups every six weeks, or as directed by Dr. Erpenbach.
