Meet Our Team

Paula Arden – Treatment/Financial Coordinator

Paula has been in the dental field since 1990, and with Dr. Erpenbach since 2008. She is the Treatment and Financial Coordinator for the office and also holds a license as a Registered Dental ASsistant. Her role is to make things happen once a patient’s needs have been determined. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance companies, making sure to help you get the most of your dental benefits. We offer many financial options and she’ll work with you to find the one that best suits your needs.

Outside the office Paula enjoys Market Square, wine tastings and working with animal rescues, having most recently volunteered with The Gentle Barn of Tennessee from 2016 to 2017. She is also a diehard Vol fan and loves gameday tailgating.

Hope Ball – Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator

Hope has been in the dental field since 2009 as a Registered Dental ASsistant. She is the friendly face that greets you when you enter our office. She is very personable and enjoys speaking with our patients. Hope is responsible for making appointments and does a great job working with our patients schedules.

Hope has one son and two dogs. She comes from a large family and loves to spend time with them. She enjoys baking, gardening, hiking and beach vacations.

Jennifer McCampbell – Dental Hygienist

Jennifer has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of dentistry with patients to help them reach their optimum level of oral and systemic health. With her excellent clinical skills and friendly personality she makes patients feel at ease and comfortable.

Jennifer is from Knoxville and she and her husband Jim have two daughters. She loves traveling, cooking, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Caty Young – Registered Dental Assistant

Caty has been a registered dental assistant since 1991. She takes pride in making her patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Caty enjoys gardening, baking, hiking, and family genealogy research. She is also a member and regular participant of a horse drawn artillery civil war reenacting group.
