Paula Arden – Treatment/Financial Coordinator
Paula has been in the dental field since 1990, and with Dr. Erpenbach since 2008. She is the Treatment and Financial Coordinator for the office and also holds a license as a Registered Dental Assistant. Her role is to make things happen once a patient’s needs have been determined. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance companies, making sure to help you get the most of your dental benefits. We offer many financial options and she’ll work with you to find the one that best suits your needs.
Outside the office Paula enjoys Market Square, wine tastings, and working with animal rescues, having most recently volunteered with The Gentle Barn of Tennessee from 2016 to 2017. She is also a diehard Vol fan and loves gameday tailgating.
Jennifer McCampbell – Dental Hygienist
Jennifer has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of dentistry with patients to help them reach their optimum level of oral and systemic health. With her excellent clinical skills and friendly personality, she makes patients feel at ease and comfortable.
Jennifer is from Knoxville and she and her husband Jim have two daughters. She loves traveling, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Mary Lewis – Registered Dental Hygienist
Mary has many years of experience in dental hygiene and enjoys helping patients improve and maintain their oral health. She is committed to providing gentle, thorough care and to educating patients about habits that support healthy smiles for life.
Outside the office Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved in her community, and making patients feel welcome and comfortable during every visit.
Angela – Dental Assistant
Angela works closely with the clinical team to help ensure each appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. She enjoys assisting patients throughout treatment and helping create a calm, positive experience in the office.
Angela values getting to know patients and helping them feel at ease. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and staying active in everyday life.
Mindy – Dental Assistant
Mindy is an important part of the team and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. She assists with clinical care and supports the office in delivering attentive, patient-focused treatment.
Mindy enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a friendly atmosphere in the practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking part in local activities.
